Energising our Foyer; In time for SALA

Art should always be shared!

What a wonderful quote by Lynette Kring...
As we move into the SALA Festival season, here in South Australia, we've had our own living artist take over our foyer!
We know our Aged Care Providers encourage the creative side out of their residents every single day, through their Lifestyle Co-ordinators - so we thought we would get into the spirit and energise our own foyer with art.
Our chosen artist, Lynette, lives on the Fleurieu Peninsula. She is a firm believer in spreading ones art around, even in the most unlikely of places because as she says, "even if only one person stops to look, you have achieved something".
Like lifting our spirits and energising our day.
Her artwork is quite unique and we welcome you to drop into the ACIA Offices from 1st August to "take a look".
ACIA is located at Unit 5 - 259 Glen Osmond Road, Frewville and our offices are open 9am-5pm Monday through to Friday.

South Australian
Living Artists Festival

The South Australian Living Artists (SALA) Festival is a state-wide festival of Visual Art.

The SALA Festival was established in 1998 to promote and celebrate the many talented visual artists in South Australia. Our aim to extend audiences remains a cornerstone of the Festival, and as an umbrella organisation we have continued a policy of inclusiveness allowing all artists at any level and working in any medium to be part of our annual SALA Festival every August.
